Mojgan Sarmadi, MD Celebrates Two Years with American Health Network
Mojgan Sarmadi, MD a board certified physician partner at American Health Network is celebrating her second year in practice in Lebanon, IN. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland and completed an Integrated Geriatric Fellowship Program at the University of Michigan. Subsequently, she earned her Medical Doctorate from the University of Michigan and completed her family medicine residency at the Hunterdon medical center and the St. Francis Hospital in Indiana.
Dr. Sarmadi is interested in preventive medicine, geriatrics and oral immunology and provides primary care at the AHN Lebanon office. She is also interested in research and has co-authored several papers on medical/dental topics. She enjoys painting, gardening, reading and spending time with her family. Her husband is a professor at Purdue University, and her daughter attends school in Zionsville.
Dr. Sarmadi joined American Health Network in 2013 and has been treating patients at 504 W. Camp Street, Lebanon, with her Nurse Practitioner Therese DeFabis. She is accepting new patients. For more information, call 765 482-7005.
