Dude doing sit-ups

An Orthopedic Surgeon is educated in the preservation, investigation and restoration of the form and function of the extremities. This means, our job is to keep your joints and muscles healthy and moving.

We specialize in joint replacement, tendon repair and repair of broken bones. In today's competitive world, we understand that you have a choice in your orthopedic care and choosing the right surgeon can have a significant impact on your overall outcome. Important factors to consider when making your decision include board certification, fellowship training (typically one year extra training in the subspeciality of choice), involvement in research and education (a sign of continuing education of self and other surgeons), and bedside manner.

At AHN Orthopedics, our staff are dedicated and committed to providing the best musculoskeletal care available for people of all ages and all walks of life in the greater Indianapolis area. Dr. Badman is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery and is one of the only fellowship trained Shoulder and Elbow surgeons in the state of Indiana. He continues to research and remains at the cutting edge of shoulder and elbow surgery, having published 15 peer-reviewed articles in the orthopedic literature over the past five years. According to Press Ganey patient survey, Dr. Badman ranked in the 99% percentile regarding quality of care as assessed by his patients. He and his staff (Laura Franzosi MA and Nicole Jarboe LPN) combine 26 years of health care experience to provide the best orthopedic care available.
