American Health Network in Hilliard is one of the first nine Family Practices in Columbus to be recognized by the NCQA as a Patient Centered Medical Home at the third level achieving the highest score of the nine practices in the project.
We are also one of the first Family Practices in Columbus to employ a Health Coach.
