As your child grows...we will strive to fulfill your child's medical needs through their teen years.

If you have a child who has a scheduled appointment and you want to bring another child with you who is ill, please call ahead to let us know so we can schedule an additional appointment.

Walk-ins will be worked into the schedule if time permits. If emergency care is not needed, you may be asked to return later in the day. There is an additional charge for walk-ins.

We appreciate 24 hours advance notice of a cancellation. After two missed appointments, without valid reasons, you will be sent a warning letter. Appointments scheduled for more than 30 minutes must be cancelled 48 hours in advance or there will be a charge for the appointment.

Your child's medical records are kept in the strictest confidence by our doctors and staff. The only time they are shared is with the written consent of the parent(s). Information will not be given out to other family members, i.e. grandparents, aunts, uncles without written consent of the legal guardian.
