About Our Office

We have four providers. 

Dr.Sherri Nuss, Dr. Martha Hoshaw, Susan Kuhn, NP, and Lisa Montgomery PA-C.

We provide on-site labs and a treatment nurse for scheduled injections.

We provide Saturday appointments and also accept walk-in appointments for established patients.

We are accepting new patients and most insurance plans.
