>DR. BENSON

Hi, I'm Dr. Mark Benson.

Hi, I'm Dr. Mark Benson. We want you to know that your health and safety are our extremely important

to us, and we remain here for you.

Today, our Chief Nursing Executive  Kari Garnett is going to walk us through the importance of hand-

washing according to CDC guidelines as you visit our offices.

>KARI

Thank you, Dr. Benson. We are committed to serving our patients with the best care possible and to

keep them safe and healthy.

Our employees always follow CDC guidelines regarding handwashing and sanitize their hands before and

after every care interaction.

Please plan to wash your hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds before your appointment and use the

hand sanitizer provided as you enter and exit the practice.

A helpful, fun tool to remember is that the happy birthday song is 10 seconds long, so hum that twice

while you wash your hands to make sure you're always washing for twenty seconds!

>DR. BENSON

Thanks, Kari! As you can see, we're taking every step to make you comfortable and safe here in our

practices - if you have questions or any concerns, please talk to your provider. Thank you.
