Hi, I'm Dr. Mark Benson. We want you to know that your health and safety are our extremely important
to us, and we remain here for you.
Today, our Chief Nursing Executive Kari Garnett is going to walk us through visitor protocols according
to the CDC guidelines for your visit to our offices.

Thank you, Dr. Benson. We are committed to serving our patients with the best care possible and to
keep them safe and healthy.
For all that are able, we ask that you please come alone to your care appointment. This will help with
social distancing and decrease the chance of contact exposure. If it isn't possible to come alone, we ask
that you please limit to one additional person over the age of 18.
We certainly understand that you may want a loved one to accompany you during your visit with us but
please remember we want to keep you and your loved ones safe.
