Is musculoskeletal pain keeping you from living life to the fullest? Our spine and sport care team is devoted to the non-surgical treatment of back, neck, nerve and muscle problems. Our goal is to help patients lead active lives free of spine or joint pain.
From diagnosis through treatment, we offer personalized care to people of all ages. We make every effort to free patients from pain and restore the highest levels of function. We also try to avoid surgery, long-term disability or dependence on medication.
We take great pride in the care we provide. It’s conservative, thorough and coordinated with other resources. It also reflects our deep commitment to excellence, integrity, and to building and maintaining trust with our patients.
We stay on top of the latest research in our field, and we use state-of-the-art technology and procedures. And because our offices are conveniently located, it’s easy to get the care you need when and where you need it.
We see patients daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. To schedule an appointment at any of our locations, call 1-614-794-5069.
If the scheduling line is busy when you call, leave a voicemail. We check for messages regularly and make every effort to reply the same business day. But please allow up to 48 hours.OR
If you need a prescription refill, please allow up to three business days for your request to be processed. Depending on the prescription, we may need to see you in the clinic before approving a refill. We will let you know when your prescription has been refilled.OR
We’re happy to help you with FMLA or disability paperwork. Because of the time this involves, we charge a $20 fee for this service. We need seven business days to complete paperwork accurately, so please plan ahead.OR
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment and have your ID and insurance cards with you. If you’ve recently had MRIs, X-rays or CT scans that relate to your visit, bring those reports. If you have a CD of your imaging study, bring that with you too.OR
Check with your insurance provider before your visit to make sure it’s covered. Also, bring your insurance card to each appointment. Copays are due at every visit and may be paid by cash, check or credit card. If you have insurance questions, call our office.OR
Before making an appointment for a steroid injection, you must have a consultation with a member of our care team first. Also, please check with your insurance provider to make sure your health plan covers this type of injection.OR
