to us, and we remain here for you.
Today, to ensure your safety and comfort, our Chief Nursing Executive Kari Garnett is going to walk us
through COVID-19 Symptom screening and care according to CDC, state and local guidelines when you
visit our offices.

Thank you, Dr. Benson. We are committed to serving our patients with the best care possible and to
keep them safe and healthy.
All patients and AHN employees are screened for COVID-19 symptoms before entering the building.
For our patients without COVID-19 symptoms, when in our offices you'll notice floor markers and other
instructional signage in place to remind you of our new safety practices. If you have any questions,
please ask one of our staff and we'll be happy to help.
If you've had a fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body
aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea, vomiting or
diarrhea, please let the office staff know by telephone before entering the practice.
We offer both telemedicine and curbside options for patients with COVID-19 symptoms. Any patient
with COVID-19 symptoms must enter separately from our routine care patient population.
Lastly, to stop the spread of Coronavirus, we follow the CDC guidelines related to returning to work for
staff members that unfortunately have experienced coronavirus symptoms.
